Currently a CDC at Nora Gray and formerly a sous-chef at Vin Papillon and Pasta Pooks, Chase is an integral part of the Elena family. We are thrilled to host him for this event and to introduce you to his personal project, which showcases Mohawk cuisine through local meats and produce.
