A sweet ending that changes with the week.
Each week, our kitchen creates a new sorbet for the Chef’s Menu, inspired by the season and the producers we work with. This week, it is local haskap berry, a tart, deeply hued berry grown here in Canada, paired with green apple and infused with makrut lime leaf. A single longan and delicate petals complete the dish.
A meeting of Canadian fruit and Thai aromatics, and a reminder that the best desserts are often the simplest.
