We don’t get out often just the two of us anymore, so nights like this are rare. We got seats at the bar because I love watching chefs in action. There’s something about seeing creatives at work. They were clearly passionate and detail-oriented, with little jokes and laughter in between. It felt relaxed, everyone worked together with very little pressure. The whole atmosphere gave me the impression that the team is well looked after. Thanks for the experience @stlawrencerestaurant Special shoutout to Tay and our server. I didn’t catch his name, but he was amazing.
